The Madness DVD was created by world renowned personal trainer T Shaun certainly a crazy workout. There is a 10 DVD series that are pushing your limits. The great thing is, you do not need any kind of professional athlete on the folly of training to do. Surely you are sore for the first week or 10 days, but once you get to work on which you will like a pro.
