Tip 1 - Perform Jordan Jumps

Jordan Jumps are named after Michael Jordan who did them every other day. You want to stand with a straight back and very slightly bent knees; only bend them enough so that you don't have rigidly straight legs. Make sure that your feet are a shoulder width apart, and rest your hands on the back of your head.

You want to jump as high as you can, with your hands staying on your head. Make sure that you keep your back straight but bring your knees up as high as you can before landing and standing up into your starting position again. You want to do 15-20 of these per set and try to do 5 sets and work your way up to doing 10 sets at a time.

Tip 2 - Nutrition

This is the most overlooked and misunderstood aspect when people, especially basketball players want to learn how to make yourself jump higher, It's not a case of cutting down on food, how to stave yourself, make recipe or how diet works. Yes, if you look yourself in the mirror and you're overweight then you can jump higher if you loose some fat.
